Silicone Release Cartons: Advantages

Originally designed for hot melt adhesives, the cartons are strong enough to handle a variety of hot melt and cold set situations, from asphalt sample collection, to sealant shipping and specialty chemical storage. In fact, the product is built to handle field sampling in all weather conditions. Cartons can both be reused and recycled, making them a cost-saving, eco-friendly choice.

Silicone Release Boxes: Cellpak

Pre formed siliconised paper cells. Used for the filling and packaging of hot melt adhesives. The product is filled in the molten state at temperatures of up to 200 degrees centigrade. After solidification the block of adhesive can be removed easily from the paper cell. Sizes range from 0.5Kg up to 7Kg.
