Designed to maximize shelf impact, Dura-Fibre’s heavyweight folding boxboard combines superior strength with a dynamic appearance that elevates brand awareness and captures customer attention when used in strength packaging. To create high caliper substrates for consumer packaging, we glue together multiple plies of top-quality paperboard to make a very thick and strong laminated paperboard. In fact, Dura-Fibre’s paperboard is 50 percent stronger than the strongest single-ply Solid Bleached Sulfate (SBS). Sourcing higher quality paper provides our customers with a superior carton at the lowest total cost.

Eclipse – High Caliper C1S Kraft Back

Three-ply C1S with high performance print surface and natural kraft backside liner for cost effectiveness frequently used for high-volume cartons in the club store channel.

  • Primarily used in 36 point, but available in a wide range from 30 point up to 200 point
  • Top ply provides one of the highest available brightness levels
  • Stiff fiber mix and fade-resistant, colorfast dyes maximize shelf life

Blanc – High Caliper C1S White Back

Three-ply C1S with coated top ply, natural kraft middle ply, and bleached kraft backside liner that offers a clean, crisp look well-suited for cartons carrying medical devices and other pharma category items.

  • Primarily used in 36 point, but available in a wide range from 30 point up to 200 point
  • Fade-resistant top and back plies maximize shelf life 
  • Laminated construction provides excellent strength, stability, and moisture resistance
  • FDA approved

Glacier – High Caliper C2S

Two-ply C2S with both sides coated and white throughout allowing you to create the ultimate statement—especially two-sided print, signage and displays or specialty brochures.

  • Primarily used in 36 point, but available in a wide range from 30 point up to 200 point
  • Best-in-class uniformity enhances scoring, folding, foiling, embossing, and die-cutting
  • Classic high whiteness without Optical Brightening
  • FDA approved
